Privacy Policy

Following the 2018 EU GDPR legislation, we’d like to be clear about how we manage your data. Firstly, we do not store credit card details anywhere. We use the following payment gateways on our website: Amazon payments, Stripe and PayPal – please see their privacy policies below. We also use an accounting system called Xero – their privacy policy is also listed below.

We keep the details of anyone who has created an account with us and these are protected by our hosting company Siteground whose privacy policy is listed below. We also use Mailchimp marketing platform to store our newsletter contact lists (privacy policy below). You are welcome to unsubscribe at any time either by following the link in the email or by clicking on unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can email us at info@emilyburningham and we will remove you straight away. Under the right to be forgotten, you can delete your account with us by requesting we do so via the above email. We never pass on your contact details to a third party.
